Biomni Tools Service

A REST API for 223 biomedical analysis tools and 76 reference datasets, taken from Stanford's open-source Biomni project and served without its agent, so any LLM agent or script can call them.

Authentication

Every endpoint under /api/v1 needs an X-API-Key header. The key is issued by the administrator of this service. Without it the API answers 401; in the docs, press Authorize and paste the key.

این سرویس ابزارها و دیتاست‌های پروژهٔ متن‌باز Biomni را به‌صورت REST در اختیار ایجنت‌ها می‌گذارد. برای استفاده از مسیرهای /api/v1 کلید X-API-Key لازم است که مدیر سرویس می‌دهد؛ مستندات تعاملی در /docs است.
